Before any deployment to Hugging Face, you MUST preview locally to ensure everything works perfectly.

## 🔧 Troubleshooting Local Preview

### Issue: Server won't start

**Check 1**: Python installed?
```bash
python --version
```

**Check 2**: In correct folder?
```bash

```

**Check 3**: File exists?
```bash
dir integrated_chatbot_with_logos.py
```

### Issue: Logos don't display

**Solution**: Check assets folder exists
```bash
dir assets
```

Should show:
- logo_1.jpg
- logo_2.jpg
- logo_3.jpg
- logo_main.jpg

### Issue: Logos don't rotate

**Solution**: Wait full 60 seconds
- Logo changes happen exactly at 60-second intervals
- Be patient and watch the timer

### Issue: AI doesn't respond

**Solution**: Need Hugging Face token
- Login required for AI inference
- Or test the UI/layout only

### Issue: Port already in use

**Solution**: Change port
Edit `integrated_chatbot_with_logos.py` line 595:

server_port=7861,  # Changed from 7860
```

### ❌ Warning Signs:
- Logos don't appear
- Logos are stretched/distorted
- Chat doesn't respond (expected without HF token locally)
- Tabs don't switch
- Layout is broken
- Mobile view is cramped

## 🎨 Testing Logo Rotation

### Method 1: Watch in Real-Time
1. Start preview
2. Note the current time
3. At 0:00 - Logo 1 should display
4. At 1:00 - Logo 2 should fade in
5. At 2:00 - Logo 3 should fade in
6. At 3:00 - Logo 1 returns

### Method 2: Use Browser DevTools
1. Right-click on logo → Inspect
2. Watch CSS classes change
3. See `display: block` / `display: none` toggle

### Method 3: Speed Up (For Testing)
Temporarily edit the rotation speed:

In `integrated_chatbot_with_logos.py` line 298:

// Change from 60000 (60 sec) to 10000 (10 sec) for testing
setInterval(showNextLogo, 10000);
```

**Remember to change it back before deploying!**
