Add paper link and metadata for ESPnet

This PR improves the model card by:

Linking the repository to the associated technical report: The CMU-AIST submission for the ICME 2025 Audio Encoder Challenge.
Adding library_name: espnet to the metadata to enable automated code snippets.
Adding the audio-classification pipeline tag to improve model discoverability.
Including a brief description of the model architecture and training data.
